Vendors

The Carnegie Fair provides an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your products and services to a large group of attendees from across Oklahoma. Our event typically is attended by 8,000-10,000 people over the course of three nights. We offer a secure, indoor environment for you to use with ample electrical outlets and WiFi. A covered outdoor pavilion is also available for tents, trailers, and larger displays. People come to the Fair to eat great food, and we aim to have a wide variety of options for our attendees. Whatever you are creating, crafting, making or baking, we have a place for you at the Carnegie Fair.

We still have space for you at this year’s event.  Take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions page to read out rules and guidelines for vendors. Check there first to see if there are answers to your questions. You can always Contact Us as well with any other concerns or if your question isn’t answered there.

Click the button below to sign up, but before you do, examine the list below to see what vendors have already been registered and/or approved. We do try to limit the duplication of similar products, so if you already see that someone is wanting to sell the same product as you do, you might consider different items for this event. You can certainly still register, as vendors often need to cancel for various reasons, and we will allow some overlap.

ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS!

Registration for food vendors is now closed, as we have a sufficient number. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, you may go ahead and register but you are NOT guaranteed a place at the event.
