Vendor Registration

The 2026 Carnegie Fair’s dates are October 8, 9 & 10, 2026.

We encourage you to read our Vendor Guidelines & Rules before signing up, as well as reviewing the listing of vendors that are already slated to appear at the event. We do try to minimize duplication and overlap. By reading over what and who are already planning on attending, you may be able to bring products or a menu that offers more variety and can increase your sales opportunities.

If you are a Food Vendor, please note we will not allow you to sell any of the following items, as we already have a sufficient number of vendors for them. Please do not submit a registration that contains any of the following as you will be asked to remove it or your application will be denied.

  • Snow-Cones
  • Lemonade
  • Cotton Candy
  • Popcorn (not Kettle Corn)
  • Vendors selling primarily drinks (coffee, slushes, lemonade, tea, water, etc.)
  • Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Frito Pie, and similar “concession” food
  • BBQ items
  • Baked Potatoes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carnegie Tri-County Free Fair Association, its members, assigns, agents, employees, volunteers, or designees against any and all losses; including but not limited to the following: casualty, theft, fire, damage, vandalism, loss of utilities, loss of revenue, from whatever causative agent or act. I further agree to release and forever disclaim any and all claims against the same. Any fees paid to the Fair are non-refundable under any circumstance.
